It’s not fair

We were out having a coffee at our favourite local café one Saturday afternoon when Ccino started stamping his feet saying, “It’s not fair. It’s not fair.”

“What’s not fair, Ccino,” I asked quietly, hoping he’d similarly lower his voice. Ccino’s instincts were well honed. He knew we’d have to take him seriously if he was to have a tantrum in a public place.

“It’s not fair. How can I rebel if I don’t have any clothes to wear and can’t put on makeup? Ted 2 tries to stop me listening to my music so how can I annoy everyone now?”

Grog shop_CcinoHe had a point. It must be hard for each new generation of teddy bears to find some way to rebel against all the teddy bears before them. “Well, Ccino,” grot boy reassured him “you sneak into the grog shop and I’m sure no teddy bear has ever done that before.”
